Sakura is Varmilo's cherry blossom theme. A pink case, pink modifiers and white alphas frame a space bar printed with a flowering branch, and some versions light up with pink LEDs. It has come out in at least two rounds, sold as R1 and R2, and on a long list of boards, from the VA108M and the VA Series V2 in TKL and full size to EC switch boards, the aluminum Sword 2, wireless hot-swap models and the MIYA Pro. That means two Sakura keyboards can type very differently. The theme is printed in dye-sub PBT, so the blossoms don't rub off. Pick the size and switch first. Then look for a clean case, because pale pink plastic shows grime, and check that the printed space bar is the original.

Versions
Sakura is a theme that came in rounds, and listings often say R1 or R2. It appeared on the VA108M with pink LEDs, the VA Series V2 in TKL and full size, the Bluetooth V2, the MA Series with Varmilo EC switches, the hot-swap VPH87 and VPE87, the aluminum Sword 2 in TKL and 65% with EC switches, the newer Sakura R2 108 and VA100, and the MIYA Pro. TKL and full-size versions turn up about equally. Read the model code to find out which switches and connection you're getting.
The pale pink case shows dirt and discoloration. The printed space bar and pink modifiers are often swapped or missing on boards that were modded.

Buying guide
We'd buy the full-size VA108M Sakura at $93 delivered from a 100% US seller, or the 65% MIYA Pro Sakura titled used and tested at $102 if you want the small board. There are at least 7 Sakura boards for sale and most ask $95–220 delivered, but that band mixes sizes, with US boards at $86–159 and Japan sellers at $203–240 for JP-layout MIYA Pros. The photos show that the boards titled Ducky and Varmilo Sakura, and the one titled with a JP Silver Switch, are all the 65% MIYA Pro, not a full-size Varmilo, so read the size from the pictures. Check that the space bar has the printed blossom branch and that the pink case isn't stained. Skip the "Sakura VA87M" from a zero-feedback seller, whose photo shows a 65% MIYA, and the VA108M missing keycaps, which asks $86 delivered, nearly what the complete one does.
