The One 2 TKL is Ducky's tenkeyless from the generation before hot-swap. It has a solid plastic frame, German-made Cherry MX switches soldered to a dual-layer PCB, and thick doubleshot PBT caps, plus a handful of colorful spares in the box. RTINGS gave it outstanding marks for typing and liked how stable the keys felt. Macros are recorded on the keyboard, and the RGB model also works with Ducky's lighting software on Windows. RTINGS found adjusting the lighting clunky. The manual lists ANSI, ISO and JIS layouts, so check which one you're looking at. Ducky made it with RGB, single-color or no backlight, and in colorways from plain black to Pure White and the Pudding edition. Because the switches are soldered, buy the switch you actually want. In return you get a board with nothing loose to wear out, and a detachable USB-C cable that's easy to replace.

Versions
Ducky's manual covers three TKL versions. DKON1887ST is the RGB board, DKON1887S has single-color backlighting, and DKON1887 has no lights. Colorways include the Pure White, Phantom Black and the Pudding Edition with translucent-sided caps. Retailers listed Cherry MX Red, Brown, Blue, Black, Silent Red, Silent Black, Speed Silver and Nature White plus Kailh BOX switches. It's soldered, which is the clearest difference from the hot-swap One 3 TKL.
With soldered switches, any chattering key needs a repair rather than a swap. Check the RGB too, because a dead LED is also a soldering job.

Buying guide
We'd buy the Horizon TKL titled tested at $33 delivered from a 99.6% Goodwill seller, about half the $66 median, as long as you don't need a backlight. There are at least 13 for sale, and used boards from US sellers ask $33–78 delivered, while Japan dealers' $60 shipping puts theirs at $147–212. The switches are soldered, so buy the one you want (this page has Silent Red, Brown, Cherry White and Kailh BOX Red boards) and ask for a keyboardtester.com video, since a chattering key is a desoldering job. On RGB boards ask for a photo with every key lit in one color, and check the Enter key shape in the photos, since JP boards from Japan use the Japanese layout. Skip the zero-feedback seller in the Czech Republic asking $110 delivered.
