Take a One 2 Mini, put it in a nano-coated aluminum case with zinc alloy feet, and you have the Mecha Mini. Ducky's own manual covers both boards together, and the big differences are the case and the weight, which jumps from 590 grams to 826. The extra metal makes it sit still on the desk, and RTINGS rated the build quality as amazing. Inside are soldered Cherry MX switches on an RGB PCB, with doubleshot PBT caps on top. There's no software. Macros, lighting and the Fn key position are all set from the keyboard and its DIP switches. RTINGS' only real gripe was the generic USB-C cable in the box, which is easy to replace. It's still a 60% with no arrow keys, so it suits gaming and short writing sessions. If you've used a One 2 Mini and wished it felt more solid, this is that board.

The Mecha Mini shares its manual and firmware family with the One 2 Mini, so it's the same 60% board in a metal case. Ducky lists the RGB model as DKME2061ST, and RTINGS reviewed it as the Mecha Mini V2. It weighs 826 g against 590 g for the plastic One 2 Mini. Ducky's manual says caps were PBT or ABS, doubleshot or laser-engraved, depending on version.
Aluminum shows dings and scratches that plastic would hide, so check the edges. The switches are soldered, so a chattering key needs a repair.
