The Q11 is Keychron's split keyboard, a 75% layout cut into two aluminum halves joined by a short USB-C bridge cable. Keychron listed it in February 2023. You can set the halves shoulder-width apart, angle them to suit you, or butt them together as one board, and each half also works on its own. There's a knob on each half and a column of five macro keys on the left. Inside, it's a different build from the other Qs. The plate is part of the case as a tray mount, where the others float on gaskets, and the board is only about 1.2 kg and 9.8 mm tall at the front without caps. ANSI boards came with Keychron's own Super switches or Gateron G Pro in hot-swap sockets, and ISO boards with Keychron K Pro, all under OSA-profile doubleshot caps.
Versions
Both halves have a knob, and the left half carries a column of five macro keys. The ANSI board came with Keychron Super or Gateron G Pro switches, and the ISO collection with Keychron K Pro switches and shine-through ABS caps. Unlike the other Q boards here it's tray-mounted, with the plate built into the case. The Q11 Ultra 8K is a later wireless version.
A split board is two keyboards in one listing, so the usual problems are a missing bridge cable or a half that doesn't talk to the other. Each half is flashed on its own in QMK, so a half left on mismatched firmware can act up until both are reflashed.

We'd bid on the black Q11 auction from a 100% US seller, at $145 delivered with no bids yet, since its photo shows both halves joined by the bridge cable. Only three Q11s are listed, so the $110–360 band isn't a market read. The $80 carbon black board is the cheapest, but its title says READ and the photo carries a read-the-description sign, so buy it only once you know the problem. A split board is two keyboards in one listing, so make sure the bridge cable comes with it and ask for a typing video that covers keys on both halves. Skip the $570 board from Japan, titled tested, at about 3.9 times the median.
